Applied EFT. Emotional Freedom Technique was developed by Gary Craig based on the work of Professor Roger Callahan. Professor Callahan was interested in combining techniques based on the ‘Meridian Points’ of acupuncture with psycho-therapeutic processes. Instead if inserting needles as in acupuncture or massaging the actual acupuncture or ‘meridian points’ Professor Callahan utilised a ‘tapping process’. The results were and are spectacularly effective. EFT continues to be used with amazing outcomes in emotional issues such as fears, phobias, stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, confidence, self worth and physical issues such as chronic pain. Communication Skills Workshop Neurolinguistic Programming This two-day workshop gives the student the opportunity to explore and utilise the many key tools contained within Neuro Linguistics (NLP) as it pertains to communication. Communication is central to every aspect of our daily lives. This workshop assists attendees to communicate more effectively with others and to better interpret the communication of others. Classes are a maximum of 6 students Rapid Induction Workshops All too often, even experienced Hypnotherapists shy away from using Rapid Inductions in their practice due to lack of understanding of what they are and concern that they may not work effectively In fact the ability to employ Rapid Inductions will revolutionise how you practice Hypnotherapy and this hands-on training workshop will give you an understanding of the use of Rapid Inductions and enable you to employ them confidently.
